- If for any reason you are not happy with the massage therapy, or the therapist. Please inform the therapist and speak with the manager or the receptionist in the first 10 minutes.
- We will either change the therapist or refund your payment.
- We will not accept complaints and will not offer refunds thereafter.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
CREDIT CARD REQUIRMENT FOR BOOKINGS
- In order to minimise no-shows, you will need to pay a Non-Returnable Deposit of £25.00 to secure the booking.
- You will not be charged providing you fulfil your booking, reschedule, or cancel within the allotted period.
- We need at least 24 hours’ notice to Cancel or Reschedule your Booking,
We charge a cancellation fee of £25.00.
Customer Information Notice
- This is a respectable and well-established business which has been running for some years, providing our clients with a professional massage therapy with trained and competent masseurs.
- We strictly only provide those therapies as shown on our treatment menu.
- We respectfully ask that you please do not offend our staff by asking for out of scope services which are not printed on the menu.
